MarkyMark and Melon Head are genius! The whole world thinks share price should go up, but they have proven the wiser. $130 to $10. How do these bozos still have a job?

These wunderkinds have sold off, flocked up, or jettisoned anything of value. They have taken a once proud St Louis based company and driven it into the dust to suit MarkyMark's whims. His boy toy, Melon Head, can't stick his probiscus far enough up MM's cavity. And while QCOR was not immune from criticism, MNK has poured gasoline onto a smoldering fire, hastening the downfall of a product that, for very sick people that have exhausted other options, was immeasurably important.

Sounds like a false medical claim. “Immeasurably important”? Is that fda approved messaging?

Did anyone see that article on Seeking Alpha about Mallinckrodt as a turnaround play? I wonder which Mallinckrodt executive wrote that? Does Mallinckrodt even have any assets worth selling? We know Acthar r isn't worth squat now. Inomax? Therakos?
What's left?

Don’t worry! SL is on the case! She has tons of relationships with all the payers and always runs to the fire! It’s been working out great for us so far. I believe!!

No, but I read the Barrons story where the target stock price is $5.00. The story also said the best-case scenario price if CMS doesn’t win the court battle is $15.00. It went on to say that bankruptcy is a real threat.

Don’t worry the hours and hours we have spent on payer business plans will solve everything!
Obviously the payer situation will only get more problematic. If the judge rules in favor of CMS, the payers will be further emboldened to not cover. Then not only does MNK have to reimburse CMS, there won’t be enough revenue for debt service. MT knew this was coming, that’s why he just sold a lot of stock. Hopefully the SEC will investigate that to see if his recent stock sale was legal.
