Stuart's departure.

Meda - not a bright move

What division/reality are you in? There has been a witch hunt of epic proportions in respiratory for the past year. Managers following reps. Area managers paying contract sales teams to pose as Teva reps and follow them for weeks. And then firing reps and managers left and right for not showing the correct slides on calls. BS stories about Qnasl shortages along with unattainable Qnasl goals. Forcing a "pay for performance" team to wait 12 months to get a real bonus payout. Merit raises, well that was a complete FU. Especially after the NSM where it was said on stage that Teva is the most profitable pharma company in the world. It's not fun in the field. Some AEs might like to use that phrase as their tagline, but what a joke! And you all know it. From HO to the field, no one is this company is having fun. Or a day not filled with fear, anxiety, unease. It used to be a good job but times have changed towards a big brother/Nazi mentality. SL probably got tired of this treatment and went to a better culture. Ask your Meda reps and managers about their culture. Alot different from Teva. Plus, he knows how Teva does business. If he did indeed join Meda, he must have found kinder people, a better culture and a company who trusts and believes in their staff instead of using unethical and possible illegal routes that end up in multiple lawsuits. Big blow to Teva. Hopefully things will change for better.

Wow! You must be in the East or Central South. There's a lot of paranoia out there. Undercover reps? Firings for not using the DSA correctly? Seems a little vague and a lot untrue. There's more to the story than you have been let to believe. It take a lot of resources and time to fire someone so they must have been in the crosshairs for a reason. Trust me - if you are someone who needs to be worried you will definitely know about it.

Thanks Stuart for finally speaking up. You are a putz!

Trust me - you are a douche.

He is more likely drinking pina coladas on the beach next to a bikini model rather than reading about reshaped teva. I heard he received a substantial upgrade in pay and more importantly, has a much better work environment. You teva reps think you have it rough in the field. You have not a clue.

So true and right about the situation in the field. It feels like a constant witch hunt and micromanagement! They treat the reps in the field like we are criminals and they are just waiting for you to mess up so they can fire you!! Stop this craziness!

The craziness will not stop, it is going to get worse. My guess Teva Resp is sold off.

Have not heard anyone from senior mgt back off the 10% reduction in head count. The transitioning of the 2 plants back to P&G along with other closures and Womens Health reduction does not even get us to 1000 of the 4-5000 people needed...even with the attrition I do not think a divesture of SOMETHING is out of the question...
