I’m not saying being President/CEO isn’t way harder than my job, but $57MM to 2 dudes? That seems a bit excessive for the impact they have.

Disgusting that Viehbacher made this amount of money considering he was fired from Sanofi and given the boot at Smith Kline GlaxoSmithKline. He went behind the board back at Sanofi and was involved in some shady billback. His tenure at SMK was very murky also. Biogen will pay for this mistake.

Most of the pay for both is made up of stock not salary.

Biogen will be fine. With 2. more approvals this year the company will make a strong comeback and costs will go down.
Chris will be here for 3-4 years then replaced with someone who will lead the future of science and innovation.
