I get the impression that this company is extremely stressful for reps. Not that all pharma isn’t stressful, but that maybe this is next-level. Any comments on this? Stress level on a scale of one to ten?

It’s unnecessary stress. The ceo is an idiot who feeds off watching his minion VPs treat people like crap. Do not come here if you are considering it. You have been warned.

Mangers ask u to lie about how many customers we actually get to see face to face to tell Nick, who is boss.

Some "moron " got fired for poor performance in North East, & apparently that RSM frequents massage parlors.

Home Office personnel dislike each other and post here regularly.

Nick the national sales manager has documented sexist remarks made about him and history of this behavior

CEO is child like, and fires about 5 senior management in past 6 years.

Manufacturing can't figure out how to stay in compliance with FDA.

HR does not protect or report incidents that are brought to them.

We had virtual meeting where people out right said the CEO was wrong

At Our meetings Nick hollered at grown adults like they were his kids

This is a great 2nd job for me my idiot manager checked out mentally long time ago

Agree with all the above. Especially the part about HR not doing anything. Reports of all kinds got to HR and nothing is done. Riding out this job. It pays the bills and I literally don’t do shti. Literally. I get a car, free gas and don’t do a good damn thing. I have a second job that pays better than this one. Thank you Uncle Ketan
