Yeah, we know another school shooting took place yesterday. We know that "racially violence" is on the increase (even though no one will call it for what it truly is). Here's a thought: instead of putting so much effort into telling us how we should feel about things we can't control, how about you put some freakin' effort into what is in our control? Things like employee morale, benefits, reasonable goals and metrics, etc.? If you won't do that, at least acknowledge the crimes being committed against US citizens with the same fervor you do crimes being committed against minorities! Get out of politics! Your "compassion" is disingenuous when you consider how you treat your own employees!
