For those OB haters out there. PLEASE STOP! Didn't you pay attention 2 POA's ago when we were shown the slides that OB is the communication to the sales force. He is not the only guy making decisions....just the voice of the Field Force.
STOP bashing him. We lost revenue due to A5 and A10 going off patent (not his fault) and products did not get approved (not his fault).
There is a greater problem at Eisai! The products we have to promote do not warrent our current sales structure. Be real about that and you all will feel much better!

or maybe the 50-80% chance will be in the unemployment line next month is worse than a single person who is not to blame for a company going under. takes alot of losers to make it happen
 









Just the fact that OB has initiated this thread should be enough reason to fire his sorry ass. He just doesn't get it. He sees the trees but not the forest and that has been his problem. OB has no vision and he can't see the road. He only reacts to the turns. If he saw the road three years ago, the transition from this mess was much smoother.
