IT'S ENOUGH! It's beyond insanity. We had no breaks and no time to eat, much less anytime to call home! STOP wasting our time and money! You can combine these useless week long meetings into two days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You must not be in the OBU. Although I will still say there is TONS OF room for improvement, it was better. We got breaks, now if only it ended after Thursday and Friday was a travel day only!

i totally agree, mon-fri is absurd. OBU has one product, no need to be there all week. Monday travel day, Meeting Tue, Wed, travel Home Thursday and Friday a office day just to get everything lined out and ready for Monday.

I'd be happy with Monday travel, T-TH meetings, travel Friday. It is a bit absurd in OBU one product with no new info 3.5 days is stretching it.

It is terrible in the NBU with NO breaks!

We literally did nothing, and learned nothing. We sat then walked then sat and then walked over and over again. We were so busy doing nothing that we didn’t have time to go to the bathroom and that is the truth. How can you run meetings like this when the company is in tatters is beyond me. The moral continues to be awful and this meeting helped to contribute to that trend. Wake up executives, no one in sales left with increased energy. I wish I had but that was an impossibility.

I'm not in OBU but I sympathize with you. Makes no sense to spend a week in a meeting with nothing new at all. What a huge drain on the organization and cost with time out of territories. What do they hope to achieve with the one size fits all management?

How many times does it need to be said? Perry doesn't care about your morale, energy, happiness, well being, physical fitness, diet or anything about you and your family. His mission is to drive a number and help get this dumpster fire sold. Wake up and stop being an ignorant child.
