Stop the resignations! Make salaries right!!!

Hey leadership! It’s a weekly “whose going to resign this week” question here at Sun. Losing quality people who have put up with a lot and have shown true loyalty.
A lot of TMs have resigned in part because they find they are being way under what they should be. When the FRM who doesn’t do their job, makes more but loses script after script that’s also an issue.
Go through the roster and make these salaries fair and watch the exits come to a halt.

Salary discrepancies are widespread and no rationale (ex. years of experience, rank, whatever) except ST and FL paid their “favorites” more. Now they are gone so continue making positive changes starting with salary. Instead of posting for vacancy, interview, hire, train a new TM, and leave a territory with minimal to no coverage than keep the person that has been all in and committed to Sun and up salary. Morale needs a big boost or more people will leave.

The favorites are gone, the excuses remain, the sales of Ilumya never happened, new managers are amateurs. So it makes sense to lower all of the Bio team salaries to the level of a starting salesperson working in other divisions.

the bottom feeders want more money. You won’t see a nickel more until you improve your numbers.

Dear Santa,

I’m writing you earlier to ask for a few early presents. Here’s my list:
1. A working and knowledgeable FRM that actually leaves their house to go see offices as promised and focuses on Ilumya. Ability to think outside the box and Pull through is a must!
2. An MSL that isn’t socially awkward to the point of making HCPs uncomfortable and knows data.
3. HUB/Case Managers that know what they are doing!! Lose the attitude!
4. For leadership to have realistic expectations. These broad, one for all quotas aren’t fair and balanced given the wide range of factors in each territory/region.
5. Fellow field sales/Sun employees that aren’t bashing the biologics team. We have nothing and had nothing to do with what’s going on in terms of hiring decisions, salaries, focus, etc. We are doing our jobs just like you trying to make a living.
6. For leadership to wake up to those that are truly toxic to this organization and set them free!!
7. For everyone to know we aren’t going to beat Tremfya and Skyrizi and accept we are a minuscule player in this space so check the egos and shelve the ridiculous expectations.

Thank you Santa!

Santa is looking at this list thinking “Sorry kid but Hell No is this possible. I could get pigs to fly before I could fix this mess.”

Salary adjustment is NEVER gonna happen. If you don't like it, LEAVE. We will then replace you with a higher paid individual who will sell Ilumya like it's going out of style.

Yeah, right.
There have been more resignations than we can keep track of at the NSD, RSM and TM levels.

NO ONE is lining up to join the show here.

I don’t care what you are paid this drug isn’t an overall blockbuster in number of units that are covered by insurance. Samples and EAP are higher! Going out of style, no.

How are FRMs to pull through scripts if they are traveling to offices 4 days a week. That’s ridiculous

The focus of FRMs at launch was to be #1 on Ilumya (per FL) but they were given direction to travel to also help the light and topical sales teams and that was easier for some in terms of travel and pull through. Loyalty with a lot of FRMs wasn’t to Ilumya and they didn’t want to get in middle of bad blood between sales teams. Some were tired of the Hub screw ups and washed their hands of Iluyma and didn’t work on BIs. There have been a lot of FRM resignations also.
