The NBRX data is WRONG and it’s definitely having the opposite effect on motivating your sales team! Top performers are looking for new jobs. How far can Azstarys go when it loses the best reps selling it? I’ve seen the quality of reps that are out there now in psychiatry. Not good. Corium, you should be very scared to lose even one! agree many of us looking to leave. NBRx demotivating everyone and the data is so not accurate especially with Genoa not reporting anymore. Everyone was so motivated to do well and make Azstarys a blockbuster and now they have literally made this place toxic.

Funny no mention from leadership that Genoa stopped reporting. Add that to my list of pharmacies I don’t get credit for. No wonder we don’t get the redemption report anymore.

100% correct. Thumb Man is the one that won’t let the report be released. Doesn’t fit his narrative. We all know he’s single-handedly ruining this company.

Well said. It’s a deep state approach. Cherry pick the analytics we show and use. Weave the fake story to fit an agenda and one’s own narrative. True leadership is 100% absent.

NBRx goals go up AGAIN even though no one hit last quarter. And now they count as 1/2? Coincidence that our IC plan has gotten worse every quarter since that bald bastard showed up? Jump this sinking ship! The captain will not go down with it.
