(e)On June 9, 2014, the Compensation Committee of the Board of the Company approved goals and objectives to be considered by the Compensation Committee in connection with determining the discretionary cash bonus of Seth H. Z. Fischer, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, for fiscal year 2014. Mr. Fischer will be eligible to receive a cash bonus of up to 80% of his base salary based on a number of factors, including the Company’s achieving target net revenue and a target number of Qsymia prescriptions dispensed for the fiscal year ending 2014, the continued development of the Company’s commercial team and continued expense optimization. Mr. Fischer also will be eligible to receive an additional bonus equal to 20% of his base salary based on the Company’s achieving a target level of third-party coverage of Qsymia prescriptions as of the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2014.
 






I hope he gets it. That mean the company is progressing and meeting its goals. If you want bigger bonuses, become a CEO. If you don't want to be a CEO, then work harder and make the biggest bonus you can. Quit complaining about others and work to control what you can. My bonuses have been excellent. If yours haven't been, I suggest doing something different to increase your numbers or, find a different job that will pay you what you feel you are worth. It's not complicated. I'm sure you are very smart and can do many things to earn a fine income. If you are not happy with your current income, use that vast knowledge, but don't get upset if someone gets a bigger bonus IF they exceed their goals. What will Seth get IF the company doesn't meet the goals?

Most sales people are judged by their sales numbers. CEO's are judged by a number of items- one of which is the price of the stock which reflects their overall performance. Since Seth has taken over the stock has dropped by 50%. Why should Seth be held to a different standard?
 












I agree, but who is to say, if all the criteria is met that the stock price won't respond accordingly.

Very good point, but in this case Seth has not performed to expectations. If sales were increasing and a host of other metrics were improving and the stock still dropped than it would be a different story. In this case, sales have been stagnant and the cost structure of the company is just now being addressed. Seth has been unable to address the main issue concerning investors- the health of the balance sheet.

Furthermore if Seth had any confidence in his ability and the future of the company, he would have purchased more than 3000 shares @ 6 just a month ago or so. Yes $18,000 is a lot of money to most people, but to Seth this is a drop in the bucket. Remember he will make over 1 million this year. He was probably pressured by Alex Denner and Sam Colin, both on the board, to purchase shares. If you paid me a million I would donate 18K as well. What the heck.
 






If we as a sales team hits the magic number, why does Seth get rewarded and us sales reps get nothing? Just like last year when everyone got raises but we didn't see one penny of the $10,000 or did we not get paid for our drs getting registered for Q info. We always get screwed and for that reason I will never give 100%. Seth, you will not get it either sir!

You are stupid. Our pay plan sucks, it's fixed so we can't make big money. So why is it fair for Seth to make huge money. Make it fair for us and more of us would give more. If you are a real rep and your answer is become a CEO, come on. Anyone could do a better job than our two mistakes. Time for Chris and Seth to go.

First time poster, you should mind your own business. You are drinking the kool-aid and you must like it. Get real and and shut the fuck up. My manager even says this is bullshit. So you keep working real hard so Seth can make more money. We don't even get paid 100% on all our scripts, our bonus is crap. We should get paid 100% on each script, not just targets. So now kiss my ass and let me finish my vodka drink!
