Have you people gone mad! Do you think this is business as usual. What kind of illusion are you putting on of this place being functional. Before we could continue, we need new leaders. We need to see accountability being held at home office. We need to see changes made to market access, commercial operations, marketing, analytics, learning and development. This is a whole new ball game. What is happening with our June bonus? What is happening with these existing goals that not even the first place territory is hitting. What does the IC plan for Q1 Fiscal 24' look like? We don't need anymore surprises before a holiday on a conference call with the vp's. When are you going to fix this disastrous single vs double territories? When are you going fix the territories that you ruined during realignment? Where are my myrbetriq samples? Where is my insurance coverage for veozah? What do the raises look like this year? Are you really going to go through a review process with the reps? What the hell are you going judge them on? Are you going downsize or add more headcount? WHO IN THE WORLD CAN LIVE LIKE THIS? AND WHY ARE YOU ARE TRYING TO HYPE UP THE NEW YEAR!!!!! FOR WHAT. This is like an insane asylum. You screwed the pooch, the pooch is dead, and you are still screwing it. Everyone of you need to leave before the meeting in June. Before that meeting takes place we must see change! HUGE AMOUNTS OF CHANGE!

Harsh tactics and difficult reviews have driven this salesforce into the ground. Nobody left from my training class. My counterpart has nobody left. Yup, only 1 person left from my training classic of like 12 people, even the trainer is gone. I myself received a job offer from somewhere else today after 3 rounds of interviews. Money isn't as good as I thought it would be though, tough call...although it would probably be better than no bonus here...
