Hard to read into this. FDA delays and asks for additional information all the time. Is this a big deal? Who knows? Depends on the depth of information they are looking for and how long this could delay launch.

It’s not that hard, really. The drug kills PBC patients and barely works in NASH. Approval is very much in doubt according to my KOL.

Anyone with 1/2 a brain knows this company is full of incompetent losers. David & Kim don’t know their ass from their elbow. The FDA label expansion submission was a also a cluster. This place is going down the tubes. Get rid of any stock you have it’s only gonna get worse.

I think OCA gets approved but I will tell you from experience that the above post is 100% correct. You’ve never met a more incompetent management team anywhere. Everything they touch turns to sh*t. Now they’ve brought on a big pharma management-style leadership to pair up with their horribly bad training department. Good luck.

I’m actually not really looking for a job. If Intercept wants to keep paying me my salary for doing nothing, who am I to complain.
