Stock Price WTF

Absolutely terrible, what is happening??

This is what happens when investors and analysts realize the pipeline is weak and execution is weaker. That’s the core of all of this; everything else that’s happening (eg Tax) isn’t helping. Maybe the investment community is finally seeing the actual data and holding us accountable?

This should have happened a long time ago. Price was high for no reason. As prior poster said, no pipeline, waning sales from legacy drugs, New launches not filling the gap, moron management has been spending money on share buybacks instead of solid R&D or early stage acquisitions to build out the pipeline, and even with the assets we have, like also said, poor, bare bones, development programs and bad execution all around. Somehow investors and wall street were too stupid to figure it out until now. Cat's out of the bag.

Wall Street banks never hold our C level accountable, analysts give the team a pass every quarter and are buddy-buddy the entire time. Never following up or asking probing questions. Market did the work FOR them.

Morgan Stanley downgraded us and said Inflammation is why. Otezla not growing sales in US and new topicals or tyk2 haven’t even come. $hit$storm for sure, yet leadership does nothing again

2.0 - 2.5% annual merit increase with no upward mobility in sight.
Forced vaccine jabs, need to repeat every year. Or get fired.
Tracking devices for contact tracing (not to spy on you at all).
It's still too dangerous for vaccinated staff to use the gym or soccer field, but work is OK.
Managers and C-suite get paid to sit on their asses at home while making overly-optimistic projections of pipeline.

People figured it out and are leaving.

Insert happy song "How low can you go?"

Our stock keep sinking and our SLT keep hiring unqualify people at level 8 and above. Even worst, they keep increasing the amount of VPs in the organization. I remember when Bob B started as CEO, he changed the expectation of having zero Director as individual contributor, few years later we are back to it.
