Investors do not like to hear about the serious side effects with this drug and all of the discontinuations. Unfortunately there are many koolaid drinkers here that won’t admit the potential issue for shutting off the faucet. I know I am looking to leave. Highly recommend my colleagues don’t go down with this ship.

The company is hemorrhaging money. Look at the financials. We are $886 million in the red for 2019. Givlousy only brought in $200,000. I’m working my ass off but these patients are few and far between. Only 13 start forms globally for 2019 is horrible. How the hell are we gonna stay afloat if we don’t get some green coming in the door? I know rare disease usually has fewer patients but damn. This is crazy! No way our stock doesn’t take a nose dive if we don’t show profit soon.

You’re exactly the type of person needed on this sinking ship. I don’t know if your pants are wet because of water coming on board or if it’s piss because you realize the ship is sinking. I am trying to GTFO but not many hiring right now. Not exactly a great resume builder to have a company that is losing almost a billion a year. Not many making money around here. This place sucks!!

A rare disease indication with a whopping 41 days of approval in one country with two major holidays? Holy shit you mean it wasn't an instant billion? You don't say!

My guess is you are not part of Alnylam and have your head so far up your ass you can see your tonsils.
