I have heard that there are class action lawsuits in regards to the compensation committee changing how optimum vests for the merger. has anyone else heard the same, is there a link or contact info for it?

gotta love how all upper management gets their stock/money the same, but we are screwed.
 












I would sign on, please forward any info if available. this was the Ring's of the world taking care of themselves and completely going back on a promise/guarantee for the past decade.

how people are sitting there accepting it is beyond troubling. it is only going to create hatred for BD, which from all accounts is a low paying, marketing driven, socialist comp plan company. If i wanted to make 120k, i would go be a hard working mechanic.
