Stock is at an all time high but only 15% of PAEs are making 100%+ comp.

Dear ungrateful associate,

You had better not piss me off or I will forced to yank your .5% merit increase or perhaps make you pay 100% of your medical benefits (instead of 95%).

Now get your ass back in the field and get big wins irrespective of the lack of back-office support. My kids are going to a very expensive private school and I am counting on you to deliver my stock-option bounty.

You might want to check your facts about the stock price, but I agree with your message. The company does not exactly share the wealth....ask any courier, phleb, or lab worker. They are quick to share the burden in difficult times, but not the wealth in good times.
