I see that Hospira settled their stock fraud suit for 60 million. I was wondering how this affected the employee's stock?
It went up 20%
The insurance carrier is paying,not Hospira and employees are building their 401ks very nicely

There were approx 1.6 mm shares in the founders grant low level employees got next to nothing, level 15s got 240 shares Chris Begely got 500,000 shares (It was in the annual report). They also now give stock grants that mature over 3 yrs 1/3 rd maturing every yr, not stock options anymore so there is absolutely no risk at all they just give them stock. What is really sick about this is that they went after the wrong party.
