Lack of efficacy + management who went from training wheels to an executive level position with no experience, no knowledge and no interest in helping the sales team succeed. They did succeed in continuously putting 100% of blame on Quintiles, sales teams, even doctors. It's everyone's fault but TG's! Alcon's launch of Jetrea will suffer the same fate in EU and TG will then blame their managent, sales force.....it's time to put down that Belgium beer and make some changes and for pete's sake, hold yourselves accountable for once. Finally, stop segregating Quintiles and TG people. Happy holidays.

PDH deserves to be fired. He placed the wrong people in positions of power initially....isn't that the total failure of a CEO? It is too late now to do anything to right this ship. It is a study in the consequences of flawed leadership and they only have themselves to blame (and maybe HR for not doing their job to vet properly)...
 






you know what is really funny? take a look at extraordinary shareholder meeting minutes on the website. PDH and CB certainly took care of themselves they will still be rich but the poor schlubs that bought TG stock on the open market will lose big time. greed at its best

More reps are leaving after they get their bonus. TG is a transitional company until a better company comes along. No one wants to stay here long term and I mean no one!
 












so account managers had meetings this week to prepare for national meeting. i guess all will be on display for belgium to judge. what a joke, they are clueless and responsible for the mess that is TG usa. s*#t really does roll down hill. the only good thing about this company is the sales force ..they will be driven out with all this primary care training and that will be the demise of TG and they deserve it.

what is the strategic plan to get us out of this mess? wrong leaders in place, leaders that don't know what to do and call their friends and neighbors to ask for opinion on what they should do? I think the end is near.

Where would the company be if everyone did their job and forgot about all the ego non-sense! Your decision making should not be based on your ego, because in this world you are a person just like anyone else. You’re not better and more superior to anyone else and if at a manager level you work with someone you really dislike and can't deal with it civil, please get another job; we don't need that crap right now. It’s pathetic, at TG we are a group of teams, and the groups of teams are against each other. I hate to say it but our HR department is the main creator of these hates teams. Whoever’s the Head of TG this week, please give us a new HR director that will change the behavior and make TG a better place to work!
