Stock down - does anybody care?

What a POS, stock has been sinking during the greatest bull run in history. Leaders don't inspire confidence, don't instill trust, can't excite investors or wall street, and seemingly don't know how to fix any of these. I have a solution, BOD needs to fire Ron, new leader from outside needs to fire all figure heads in commercial and then dress the pig up and sell it. Easily said and easier to accomplish. Short of this, at least get a new commercial professional, one with know how and a record of real sales achievement. She was handed a gift and so far has presided over major missteps and lack luster sales attainment, cronyism, head scratching promotions, firings and demotions. Disastrous, the street now predicts the only increase in sales will come from price increases, very embarrassing, all that high priced ineptness and a monkey could produce the same result and not get a warning letter.

Consider this, deficient inept leaders lacking in knowhow, inspiration, trust and confidence breed a culture of what you just accused sales people of, bitching. Everyone sees it wall street, investors, analyst, customers, vendors etc. Over the last 3 years, the list of what has gone wrong is way longer than what has gone right. That is a big reason stock is down and culture sucks. Good news is it can be corrected and the answer isn't telling the sales people to stay out of cafe pharma. Get busy cleaning house or get used to being less than mediocre, which this company is well on the way to accomplishing.

The CEO stated on todays call that it is a mystery why the company is not getting more credit for what we're doing. An analyst pointed out the stock is sideways since launch, financials are solid, revenue is up and pipeline is growing. Most everyone knows the answer except CEO, the answer is when he looks in the mirror and when he looks at his yes man minions. You and the group inspire no confidence, period.

Here’s part of your many problems, and an example of the window dressing you speak to investor community about. New Prescription Requests (NPR) is up 42% these are requests and not dispensed Rx.

Reality is your fill rate is HORRIFIC and implies a fulfillment rate of 20%. That means only 2 in ever 10 prescriptions actually get dispensed. Maybe your HUB folks need a back to basics training… unless your laid them off too.

New prescription requests +42% vs 1H22
Total prescriptions +11% vs 1H22

Poor leaders, financial mismanagement, drugs with high prices and no benefits, no pipeline, poor IP protection, dual Reverse Splits and a Mumbai based PR huckster are your real problems.
