What's up? Seems all down....

Former Publicis rep with excellent results, a very happy manager and big award.

Years of pharma sales experience and sold tons of areas....

Keep applying for new jobs in my area....but silence from recruiters...o_O.

Any answers? Solution?

Move on. They are not going to call you. They tell you one thing just to keep you engaged while you are on the contract but as soon as you are gone that's it....you are gone. All these companies "Ghost" you, it's how they act. They want professionals but don't want to act like it themselves. And actually the more experience you have the less desirable you are because you are not "Coachable" and these managers need to feel important and be able to coach and belittle all employees.

It's not just Publicis it's all of them. Have you looked at Linkedn? Everyone is a recruiter or life coach anymore which tells me everyone wants to just work from home and chase resumes in hopes to get the host company to pick their candidate. Everyone wants to coach you, even inexperienced young people.

Not true.....

Most contract reps have been on repeat contracts.
Do a good job, get a new opportunity.

Experience = more to offer.
Greater skills, knowledge, reliability.
No screw ups.....
Greater ability to make objective.....this makes manager look good.

Something is going if no rehire calls for good employee.

PS coaching and recruiter info is BS.
All companies have different methods and the experienced rep knows this and adjust style....

The new "me" generation... They don't feel important unless they are placing themselves above others with more experience and tenure. The only way to do that is to try and convince someone they need to stop focusing on themselves and allow thems to be controlled by a moron who wants you to see what a legend they are.
