Remember that “anonymous survey” about the culture of the company about 8 months ago? Comms not only never reported the results to the organization but actually altered the results that were reported back to leadership! What exactly is the point of requesting that we take this “anonymous survey” if our actual feedback is never received by the leadership. And HR knows that Comms only showed the answers that told the right story. So yeah, can’t wait to see how this new integrated team will further the already fucked up culture of this place. Maybe we should take another survey about it?
