Still a chance with Innovex?

I worked for Innovex several years ago on a tiny contract. The contract was failing, and people were getting fired left and right. The project lead ended up accusing me of forging a signature (completely untrue) and asking me to quit with a 2-week notice, or to be fired. Now, if they REALLY believed I did something illegal, WHY would they offer me to stay two weeks??? Anyway, with the laws in my state for unemployment, I chose to be fired. I have no idea what is on my Innovex record now with HR. Is there a way for me to find out? Are my chances with Innovex over forever? PLEASE no mean-spirited comments. I am really trying to get some good feedback. I am probably screwed forever with them, but thought I would throw this out anyway, in case there is something I am not thinking of. Thanks so much...

If I were you, I would move on to another CSO company. That kind of thing IS put in your record. If you were able to get back there, you would only be looking over your shoulder constantly! Move forward, not backward!
 












Got canned for a false call. Saw office manager, nurses, and one doc not on call list. Had to account for my hour out of field, and put down a call. Got fired for violation of company procedure. Used to date a recruiter at this company(not Innovex), and very bluntly she said I will be very lucky to get another job in pharma. It's a small world in pharma HR.
 












Wow! Sounds like this kind of firing is not uncommon at all. That is sad. I would rather someone tell me they don't like me and are firing me, than come up with some insane and senseless reason to do it. It doesn't have to be like that...when we sign on to these contracts, we agree to being let go "at will" aka...they can fire you for any reason and really don't have to let you know why. Makes me ill that people are treated this way.

Hey Dumbo; you never signed a "at will" agreement that you could be fired for any reason. At will employment is the law in 49 states, they don't need you to sign shit to fire you unless you live in Montana, the one non-at will employment state.

Fake a receipt or a call and you more than deserve to get fired you whiny self entitlement fucks.

Here's one for 'ya! I was turned in by an office manager for an unzipped fly. Yep! You got it. I went to the men's room just before entering the office and forgot to zip it up. I am well blessed with a large member so obviously part of it popped out in front of her. I apologized profusely and begged forgiveness. But yet she called Innovex who, in turn, called my manager. I was fired within 2 days. The reason given was exposing the big bad boy in front of office personnel. It was an honest error but . . . . . . . . . . so it goes.
