Which one of these two relics killed Ilumya? No managed care support. No FRM support. They only know how to cut prices. Zero skill level in those offices. Worse of all is they gave no accountability. Abhay do you want to grow this bitch? Fire that group.

My area has gone through 3-4 FRMs. It’s been a mess.They were given different direction on a daily basis when it came to ilumya that they kept on working with other derm teams and said F Iluyma. In a way I get their frustration but still no excuse for ZERO managed care support.

we are NOT incentivized to meet Ilumya sales goals. It’s much easier to pull through a commercial patient so you may want to sell the plans where we can convert them. They don’t let us handle patient info so we are very limited as to how we can help. Honestly I would rather walk away from the Ilumya team and support the other franchises. Nobody is happy with that relationship on either side. I agree change is needed as the pull through isn’t working.

The company’s reputation as a manufacturer and employer is garbage. We warned Dilip and Abhay about their actions and the effects on customers and our people. It just keeps getting worse.
