I worked with SE at Aqua and I can confirm that he is a micro manager. He was so disliked that he had a thread on Aqua's board that ran for over a year and had hundreds of posts. After he got pushed out, they took down the thread.
He is manipulative.
Outwardly, he is arrogant...inwardly, he is insecure.
He uses his size to intimidate.
He is VERY calculating.
He over documents in order to force out those that are not up to his standards.
Bottom line: DO NOT TRUST HIM!
