In 2012 and 2013 Sterling Labs was purchased by a capital investment group called Waud Capital. Since then Sterling has acquired a few of the good organizations to work for and have a good career. Now Sterling Healthcare is being run into the ground by a couple of wanna be's which were told they had to leave Quest and AIT because of their lack of leadership skills and professionalism. Since then a "Culture of fear" hangs over all employees who helped make these labs run efficiently, professionally and a great place to work at. From the VP of Sales down to the new CFO its not healthy to be at. These guys are pulling the wool over the Presidents head. Don't drink the cool aide if your still there.
 






Unfortunately, it happens. Yep I've heard about those folks over there at Sterling, AFT's, Forensic and the others. They are running it into the ground. Moral and ethics are way down. That's what happens when the culture is changed by ex- Quest and AIT cronies. Its just a matter of time!
