The sales rep for STEM must be an amazing sales person. The only people that find value in this excruciating exercise are the SLL's and above. If it's not understood that the calls that the STEM observer sees are pre-set and canned then someone really has their head in the sand.

stem is a joke. Both times I just told them what they wanted to hear and dropped them off before lunch
 


















Truly sad. In the middle of a global pandemic, as well. Completely fabricated calls. The leadership in this company in tone deaf and clueless. Remember the Sales Excellent Coaches? Fucking joke. Meanwhile, they have a bonus structure set up so at least 50% of the sales force is guaranteed to make less than 100% payout. No wonder people are leaving in droves.
 






Although the SEC concept was another piece of evidence for GSK’s dysfunction, my personal coach was alright. More honest than my FLL and a better sales coach by far. They were powerless to deal with the gsk forced-ranking plan, but some of them admitted to it when pressed.
Bottom line - it was further proof that gsk has not a clue how to manage and motivate. It was a cover for the forced-ranking program which rewarded butt kissers and avoided need reforms. GSK US sales and marketing sucks. FLLs are compromised robots. Everyone in the field knows this. Everyone

great post. The forced rank attitude is a joke. Unfortunately Kim S has bought into that kool-aid and thinks that even if a team is number 1 and has great people someone still needs a bad rating on that team.
