As with most things Lundbeck has done over the last couple of years, it is an incredible waste of time and money, and will yield nothing. At my former company, we did the same type of ride-a-long STEM BS, and nothing ever came of it, except a layoff a few months later. Whomever sold this crap to Lundbeck, Takeda, or Otsuka, was one helluva salesman! This is the kind of crap you see a company do when they are desperate, and Lundbeck is desperate.

Action Plans are starting to become more and more common. The Northwest is going to be hit hard. I know of 2 that will soon be on one, and heard of 1 more. These are good people, at least the 2 I know of. Terrible goal setting and horrible managed care are to blame. Just think about how stupid they sound when touting Rexulti's coverage! The high access percentage they talk about is ridiculous. Yeah, they may can "access" it, but it may have to jump through 3 damn steps to do it! That's not access!

When they reorg Neuro in June, you can bet psych is not far behind. Alkermes is hiring around the country, and others are too. You just have to keep looking, and not wait until the last minute to start.
