I'm flabbergasted. Why would any company, let alone JNJ, promote the hiring of people with no formal STEM-related training to seek STEM jobs. Two questions: 1. Aren't there enough STEM grad to do this work (the answer is yes!!!!!) and 2. Are they trying to set these people up for failure or are they accepting mediocrity.
