From recent newsletter:

30 territories generate 50% of Stada sales
Only 1,000 RX'ers vs 6,000 for AM
Not thinking about "culling the herd, layoffs, etc" Must be on your mind, if its mentioned...

And one wonders why the goals are being cranked? All of us in the other 145 territories better get to work...as current trends are NOT sustainable for this product or sales force.

When we buy our business that's what it looks like. We call them early adopters "paid speakers".

So... What's your point. Tell us something we don't know. I think most knew the aristada sell would be a tough one. We are behind on plan, but that was not supposed to be the drug we were all hired for. I'm more concerned about the poor results for our MDD product.

Look, we all took a risk coming to this company. Sometimes things don't pan out. I like that they have been pretty honest with us. I agree that current sales trend not sustainable, but we have 2 drugs in the pipeline. Well, more like only 1.25 drugs in the pipeline. I know we remain hopeful the final study arm for our MDD is enough to get it approved but it is clear that it will not be what we had hoped. That leaves our antipsychotic which is iffy at best.

So if you don't think the future is sustainable here maybe you should get another job. I signed on here hoping to build a company. I'm going to give it at least 3 years. I like the people I work with and that makes me work very hard. If you don't like it here or can't take the volatility of working for a small company, then you should leave.
