Stay with BI or go??

Currently with inVentiv on BI contract

Have an opportunity for another pharma position; not contract. Salaries are the same

Would you stay on this contract with BI, upcoming launch of Linagliptin, great pipeline, and great team. Or would you take another position just to be done with contract sales? Everyone I speak with at BI thinks that this is the place to be and that I should stay, and quite honestly I would love to, I'm just tired of being a contract rep. Im sure I will get blasted, but I just wondered what others thought. Thanks

Id leave and not say anything and collect 2 checks until training is complete then give my two weeks. But get out of contract business now!!

I would say to go and go fast. In our area there are 4 BI reps that have left within the last 2 months. Definitely not a good company at all compared to others I have worked for in the past.

BI reps are flooding JNJ with resumes for opportunities to sell rivaroxaban. If the direct employees are looking to abandon ship, you are wondering if you should stay on as a temp? That's irrational. Every person on the BI contract should be looking very hard right now--this is going to collapse.

Dude, ur an idiot if u don't go with BI. Who cares about "pipeline?". It's called full-time work... odds are you'll be with BI much longer than ur Ventiv contract. Do it and don't look back.
