A few more reps have recently left leaving managers with field sales forces as low as 5 in some instances. At this level of sales and experience, does it warrant having a manager for so few people? With the seniority and high level of success and experience of the existing salesforce, it makes more sense to have only enough managers to oversee at least 10 to 12 representatives as opposed to perhaps managing an inexperienced primary car sales force that would warrant more managerial leadership and direction.

The thought of everything staying status quo without some major change in 2013 is incomprehensible.
