Is anyone else concerned? CBA is expanding, a significant percentage of lincare's profits have disappeared and will continue to shrink. Offices already being ran extremely lean which shows in dwindling service. Dwindling service leads to less referrals. And all we hear from management is duckies and bunnies. Who else is concerned with their future career and stability of this company? Are there any patients here that are concerned? As a current employee I am very concerned what tomorrow, next month, and next year bring. Please use this forum to discuss concerns, problems, and even potential solutions. I can't be the only one concerned$

You have every right to be concerned. Medicare audits will continue to ramp up because of the fraud that is happening in the industry. Reimbursement cutbacks continue to happen. And the big money maker right now in NHV will be nearly impossible to put out very shortly with the RAD guidelines. The company will reduce costs first by attrition. Less clinical staff. And continue to hold the sales reps more accountable for business and billed revenue. This will affect attrition further and shrink the payroll. Less workforce will be expected to do more and eventually offices will close beginning next year. If you've disliked your job in the past just wait to see what is in store. Word of advice. Dust off that resume.

You are an idiot. An ofev Rx is worth about 15 o2's. A niv referral is worth about 10 o2's. And a Mdinr is equal to an O2 and costs less to maintain. Any sales rep could tell you theyd rather sell all than just a couple. And any rep only doing a couple a month is struggling. Admit it. You aren't good enough for linde. What the hell are these rotech fools doing on the Lincare board? 4 people in my qp3 class were hires from rotech closures. Not sure how these idiots got hired. 2 were sent home from training on the 2nd day, one quit half way through, and the fourth passed from kissing eds azz. Get outta here blow tech! Be happy you still have a job because you will soon be very sad!
Nah- the two Rotech rep hirees left on their own accord. They saw another dead-end dme company and got smart real quick ...and bailed.
