Startup Biotech vs Big Biotech Salaries

Anyone else willing to share their salary/range + bonus to help those compare between startup biotech and larger/established ones.

Sanofi Genzyme (Rare/Rare Blood)
Range: 100-185 for reps (higher ones just some one offs)
Target bonus is 50 or 55/year
Me: lower end : 130s

I work for a startup biotech in the rare disease space and my salary is $175k with an at target bonus of $60k plus a $1000/month car allowance. Was given RSU’s and the benefit package is good. 401k match is low but my salary and RSU’s make up for it.

Nice!
I am the OP. And I think talking salaries is important, and that knowledge is needed in our careers. Obviously, startups have their pros and cons, as big biotech.
A major disadvantage with sanofi genzyme is no RSUs. 401k match is good at 9%.

Companies need to start reimbursing internet again. My connection would be a hell of a lot better.
