nice reply. It depends on what division. Electrosurgery is a whopping 30k

The division you are probably interviewing for is Electrosurgery. 30k base which is weak as hell. they will try to brainwash you and have you drink kool-aid, promise 125k... not true. churn n burn em operation. look other places but, if you are looking to break your cherry and get into medical device, get in, make some contacts, and look for another company. conmed is going down.

Place is turning into a joke. Look other places. I know 75% of current reps are looking to get out ASAP. Talked to a recruiter recently who recruits nationally, said he has so many resumes from conmed reps looking for other opportunities. If you choose to come on board, watch your back.

Ya, they just hired a guy for management that has barely been with the company a year... The guy has never closed a large scale capital deal. Would love to see the southern region when they take him into their big opportunity meetings.
