Looking for the starting salary range for a gastro or osteoporosis rep for someone with industry experience (7+ years).

56-65k. If you don't get what you want, ask for more. But, beware of the impending buyout. I'm not sure what Acticis salaries are, but they might start molding to their model.

This is BS- pay no attention to this douchebag. BTW, I have over 10 yrs exp and was able to secure north of 80 base.. IC structure seems bit weak though

This person is full of shit. I love my job here, so I have no reason to bash anything about WC. First, you didn't get north of 80. Reps that have been here for over 5 years don't make that. IC structure is weak? Well, we get paid capped 30k bonus EVERY TRIMESTER. And don't say because its forced rank, you won't see a lot of that money. BS, I've consistently hit more than 10k every trimester and 25k+ a couple times. You'll start between 55-65k and you'll have plenty of money to make in the bonus structure. However, note that no one knows how our new company will operate in terms of pay out come Jan. 2014.
