i know someone who just started a sales position with Bioventus. She stated that her base is 95 and she will make 200k this year. Her starting compensation seems off and to be honest she is not very honest. What is the starting pay range here?

Well, she is certainly not a sales rep or even an executive sales rep. She is either a regional director or is giving you a line of bull.
 






She has lied about a lot, Her entire linked in page is a lie so I figured she was lying about this as well.

What is the base pay here for a senior sales rep that started in October? I want proof when I confront her. Does Bioventus do background checks? They can’t be so desperate where there would hire someone that lied about a majority of their affiliations and experience would they?

They do not do background checks.

Do you like being lied to by someone constantly? If you were, wouldn’t it be nice to teach them a lesson?

I want proof so the next time she lies (just
like she did on her resume to get a job with this company) I can finally call her out.

You sound like you need so help. Please go talk to someone and stop worrying about other people.

I agree with person who tells you to get help. Either you are a competitive troll or you need a restraining order from this person you are obsessed with. For your sake I hope you are just a competitor looking for info.

Well, maybe because most professionals won't publicly talk about their salaries. I will say as a sales rep there is no way that is her starting salary- that is more in line with a senior pharma gig. Most medical sales/DME positions in the industry have much lower salaries but aggressive comp plans.

They are a well known member on here and do it on 20 different company boards. Thier names and phone and address is on web and here.

Some people were hurt with comp plan, (very low sales or negative/flat growth). While other murdered commissions (big volume or growth). I would bet that those that performed outpaced any other comp plan from prior years. I personally hope they don’t touch the comp plan, been here over 5 years and favorite plan yet.
