One of the worst ideas in the business world is that working odd hours means you're working "hard". Seems many here are happy to go down in the titanic while Mako gobbles up your surgeons and business

Management in pure damage control. They can’t get off CP as they are afraid what others know about them and might say. This is how ZB currently operates, managing people through fear. Leadership does not know how to lead, management does not know how to manage. Keep talking the talk while they look worse and worse and time goes by. Can’t deny that, everyone sees this, even investors are asking questions about leadership now. Not a good look ZB, not good.
