Depomed is going to have a change of all or most of its board of directors I believe within the next 60 days. Jim S. and his cronies continue to rob the profits and tell the sales force we are not hitting our goals and we don't deserve proper compensation for our efforts last year. Avg raises were around 2.5 - 3%, top raises were 4%. Jim took 4.1 million in 2014 and 6.3 million in compensation for 2015 but we did not do a good enough job according to our esteemed management team. Seriously, 6.3 million!! All of our products are currently no less than 22-25% year over year growth but very few people are achieving their goals? they set the POA goals based on god knows what with the specific intent to pay out as little as possible to the sales team year after year. i don't know of many people who are not desperately trying to get out of this bullshit wannabe specialty pharmaceutical "company" cult. I for one am looking forward to them getting their asses handed to them.

Stop the BS you Fucktard. JS had done a decent job, and the majority of that 'income' is in stock- so we win when Depomed wins. I have no issue with a few of the Board seats going to fresh voices - but Jim has been as good a CEO as you could ask for, especially in this industry.
Let's just be happy JV is getting away from Sales Ops!!
