Does anyone know how good their products are? Is this a good move for the existing sales force here? I'm scratching my head about a $10M price tag. Sounds like a minor purchase, but I also heard they have approximately 100 reps?
 












All 1099 force. primarily east coast and south. Very minor player. Likely a purchase to leverage their manufacturing capability. Products don't seem unique. Similar products already established in the market. Hold for the 2 year term then integrate and fire everyone there.

We will only keep the best people wether from Stability or MiMedx. MiMmedx doesnt give a damn about people - just the money. Look at how many of the docs on our payroll.
 






stability is a scam company. They were ready to fold and got a life preserver. However, their products are "me too" their pipeline is vapor ware, and they can't get a mover and shaker from a competitor to come on board. No buy in from the people in the industry carrying the bag isn't good. Listening to them at AAOS felt I needed hip waders for the amount of bs that was tossed around.

i don't disagree. problem is, we need growth from somewhere. while this may have been a weak acquisition there has got to be other strategic targets or at least something in the pipeline to continue growth trajectory.
 






Stability is a bunch of 1099 reps selling to POD physicians. The ring leader is a canadian guy who set up the POD out of TN and GA. It's a sham... Old processing technology with me 2 products. Just ask Stability Bio why Academy Medical no longer distributes their products... They are a house of cards and couldn't deliver products because the owners of stability built the tissue bank by borrowing money against their homes. The whole thing is scam. I give them credit... they sold it and cashed out...
