TM? As in Territory Manager. I believe this must have been fairly recent, since the restructuring of SMEs/KAEs to TMs was fairly recent.

JS and WM have nothing to do with OPs. Paying for and approving the cleaning services of a PSC has nothing to do with Sales. JS & WM are sales moron. RH, RS, CW or maybe even EG would be the ones that would have had to approve.
