Lots of great people still here, but even more from this franchise have left. This area is especially dysfunctional. No manager, no support. And they really should rename the company Roche. Hardly any gne left. In any business unit.
 






The revolving door and non-stop turnover in upper management and middle management has collapsed a great organization. The death spiral started long ago. Look at the stock price. Cuts are coming and will be deep.

I thought it was bad 7 years ago. Now it is on life support. RSDs are looking for an exit. DMs are interviewing. Only a handful of them are crazy enough to be in the field. Half of the CSs are dusting up their resumes. RCCs are home watching their reality shows. FRM are just collecting their frequent flyer mileage. I cannot wait to go to GIO. Just avoid the cool aid they offer you at the reception.
