Well... since you asked, ADs aren’t “in charge of” Regions at ZOLL, that “A” in the AD stands for “Area”... but I’m assuming you already knew that as a ZOLL employee?
On the off hand you’re not actually a colleague trying to sabotage... the AD is pretty “no nonsense” but as the highest performing AD in the recent history of the division, with virtually no turnover at the RM (direct report) level, you’d probably expect that? I guess if that’s not the standard you’re looking for in leadership you should probably keep searching... BUT, if as a SALES professional... you value high performing teams AND individuals, you should apply.
