You are joking....50k base. Forget it. I'm scheduled for a phone interview tomorrow for a senior sales position with experience. Having reviewed this site & glassdoor I think I'll wait for something better.

YOU, by far, are the smartest person to visit this site and heed what you read. For grins, you should go ahead and go on the interview and ask very pointed questions. How long has the person interviewing you been a manager. When was the last time the base pay was raised. Explain, in minute detail the comp plan so that anyone can understand it. EXACTLY when will you receive your car. Before company car....how much will mdl pay you for miles. Why is it lower than the IRS allocation? Ask the interviewer have they ever been to this site and can they explain why there is so much negativity. Why is turnover so high. Why do the vast majority not last past 90 days or 6 months. I'm sure others here can help you formulate some more good questions that'll sure to rile up your interviewer. Then come back here and let everyone know how it went; paying attention to details.
