It's bad enough SS was the only female director and then they get rid of her. I've never questioned all this diversity inclusion stuff around here but really? Let's get rid of the last woman director? Even if they hire another woman to replace her it doesn't really help. What, 1 woman out of a dozens of sales directors is supposed to be good? Disappointing at best.

Women at Astellas should work in lower levels it seems. Directors and above women need not apply.

She had so bad numbers for the last couple of years. Even some good reps resign due to incompetent managers that are no longer here. I liked her. She hard, but fair.

Yup she was a good leader/person/employee victim of just a shitty area/geography. Not an ounce of TRUST here at Astellas anymore, around every corner is a knife waiting to be put in your back. Sad how quickly it has all turned to shit.

Guess she didn't fit into the lame little "boys" club that has been created. Perhaps if she told us a sad story about her immigrant parents or showed a pic of herself wearing jean shorts on a roller coaster she could have been one of the "gang!" It really is like a bunch of fraternity fags that have weaseled their way into these positions! I used to be somewhat proud when I told colleagues or friends who I was working for...now, it's pretty fucking embarrassing! Why couldn't they have sent Dummy Whos packing instead, he's an embarrassment to anything that once was a culture here!

No pipeline, toxic culture, puppet leadership...this place is a mess! Only a massive upper management overhaul can fix these problems. Years of one bad decision after another to fix.

SS will be fine. The mngr in mn is not the problem at all. It was due to bad blood between jealous reps. Lisa Nichols is new rbd.
