Saw this job posted. What's the deal? Is it an expansion, backfill, or something else? How's the manager? Can anyone shed some light on expected salary/benefits for someone with specialty pharma experience?

Yes it is an expansion. We have contract reps that will be able to apply so it will be interesting to see if they get preferential treatment. We have a lot of reps so this has been controversial. I liked it here but things are more Primary Care since we were bought.

Yes metrics micromanaging and of course the manager is good. Aren’t all of them good?

Very a bad attitude. Would you HAVE to sell Restasis and the Glaucoma products? Do you want to work for Allergan or not? This is starting off poorly.

We all know restasis doesn't really work and glaucoma is a generics nightmare. The new drug sounds promising.
