Can anyone provide me with basic info on this position. What are the products promoted (is it just Prolia), how is the launch going, salary range (8 years in pharma including injectibles, and 3 in devices) , bonus potential, etc. Thank You! I am sure I will get the typical smart ass responses, but any serious replies would be greatly appreciated!!

Low end, maybe 75? Just a guess. Range is up to $125k. Bonus payout at target is $30k a year. Good luck. Great company to work for in terms of salary, benefits, and car. Be ready to be micromanaged and work you behinds off. It has been fun and challenging. Good luck!

Yes, great company! Base is typically around $100 K. Like the previous post said, you will work for EVERY dime. Do NOT come here thinking this is an easy sell, it's truly like door to door sales. You have to constantly live in each office, know your information, put out fires that other reps have started (competition) and report to your Manager like you are twelve! they want to know who you see each day, how many deals you closed, what you plan on doing to get more, it's a sales job for sure! Some love it, some hate it! Just know, you will work for EVERY dime! The bonus is set for 30K. There are some that make WAY more, the reps on the west coast make at least 50-60K and there are some that are making only 10-15K. It's all up to you!

Thank You for the honest responses. Sounds like a good position if you love to sell! Unfortunately most pharma positions are no longer sales positions, rather just a monotonous detailing job. I am moving on to the next phase of interviews and hope to get the opportunity to sell in this division! Thanks Again!

If you are in New England, you don't work Fridays and are done every other day by 2 p.m. You can use the company card to put gas in the family car and take several weeks worth of time off to enjoy the outdoors but only claim 3 personal days. Base is around $92k and they are right on about the bonus being around $30k. Talk to a northern New England rep.
