Just looking for some honest feedback because I am thinking about submitting my resume for a Sports Med opening. Have things gotten better? What kind of pressure and management styles? Has new CFO made things better? I come from a very good company, Fortune 200, but am landlocked now and not much room to grow. I have been in med sales for 10 yrs and with my current company for 7, but am worn out and looking for a good change.

of course not, the stock performance during the first ten years cannot be contributed to him, no one could expect his experience from a roofing company really would bring value. In the last ten years though he did a good job closing manufacturing in the us. Donald Trump might not approve but it probably nenefited the bottom line. The strange thing is though that as Comptoller he probably should have had influence over governance but seemed to evade any accountability suring the regime change. I say good for him.
 






RUN!!! ConMess still has not changed...still kicking their own ass. RB and the arthocrap scum bags need to be fired and replaced....CH seems to know what he is doing but it is being blocked by his vp of sales and a few RD's...
 






























RB is one of the weirdest vp's personalities I have ever seen....no personality, no involvement and his docker pants belong at best buy. It will be days till he gets the boot from CH....and the other Arthrocare hacks.

I recently interviewed for an open sports med position and after I met with this tool of a manager I realized why Conmed has been getting their buts kicked here in my area for many many years. This clown never carried a bag and was some kind of product manager and when I asked him about his past he danced around the subject. It was painfully obvious this clown never sold nor managed anyone or anything and when he realized I had a strong sports med background and could easily do his job as a district manager the interview quickly went south with him quickly dispelling the comp plan the job and the territory.

I had met his manager who really had it together and I was excited to pursue the job however the rvp needs to quickly needs to realize what a unexperienced loser he has for a dsm!

I ended it quickly when I realized this tool would be my boss totally laughable a product manager managing people and getting ass kicked here

Don't listen to all the bitter people. after the 4th quarter we had, and the sales meeting, I am convinced we are headed in the right direction!
