Anyone know what Zimmer Spine does in Dynesys sales these days? Wondering if the US dynamic market is as bad as it seems

Total sales for spine in 2011 were 146M and 2012 was within 10M of that same number. So how was 86M of that from Dynesys???? It is a dog of a product in a bag full of other dogs in a company run by dogs.
