The spin on the fact that Rob has not been successful as a National Sales Leader is now that everyone is blaming him for the fact that "they can't sell." I have not heard that from anyone. The fact is that the massive turnover indicates a failure in the sales management team and nobody has been accountable. Great spin to turn it around and blame all the sales people for Robs lack of sales leadership. Nobody blamed Rob for "not being able to sell" so do not blame the dozens of people you have funneled through the system for his lack of effectiveness.

It won't be long now. The pain is coming to an end. Either we all will be fired soon or the current DVPS that are daily proving they CANNOT TOTE THE WATER FROM THE WELL will be replaced with knowledgeable effective people who can. This DVPS are trying to manage people so far advanced above them they don't even see the difference.
 








It's very simple and examples r right in front of everybody no matter who you are. In every high school, college and professional sport. Most all collaborated efforts including armies and warfare. YOU DONT FIRE THE TEAM PLAYERS WHEN THE TEAM IS UNSUCCESSFUL YOU FIRE THE COACHES, MANAGEMENT and THE GENERALS!!!!!

I don't really care anymore about this little journey with Castle Medical anymore, no money here. But let's get with the rest of our society today and it's effective practices, morays, thoughts and beliefs about how to conduct a successful campaign. Again, you don't fire the team players or soldiers, you get rid of their generals.

Can someone simplify it anymore than this? Please post it if you can.

We have been waiting for weeks for the DVP's to be replaced.........so.......
Either they fire us before we can collect unemployment.... or we get
that great call from a recruiter with another job offer....
