That's right folks, Jason Spees has been officially excised from BIOTRONIK - his brief BIO layover leaving no discernable positive or lasting impression.

He was good for a few predictable sports themed pep talks each quarter during the POA, but the canned speeches didn't quite win over the masses, inspire action or sales results... and so... onto his own sword he a fell. One can almost feel bad for him, until you remember that like most invasive species, he's probably well on his way to rooting himself in another pasture where he'll do his level best to choke out the native species.

Where will he pop up next one wonders? Acutus perhaps?

Thankfully, I have it on good authority that Berlin high command is planning further surgeries aimed at removing other management malignancies that have metastasized over the past 3 years. Hopefully this day marks the beginning of BIO's recovery from by far the worst era of leadership in the company's 40+ year U.S. history.

Acutus.... talk about a good ol' boy network? They only hire friends. How can they be a publicly traded company with such a small revenue stream?

Acutus.... The biggest good ol' boy racket going in the med device space right now. How can a company with little to no revenue stream be publicly traded?

Speese was a major league a-hole. A lot of talented people left rather than deal with that blow hard.
There are many adjectives that could be used to describe him, but “blow hard” is quite apt. Certainly not a lot of depth there strategically or operationally. Thankfully (for him) he came of age in the industry at a time when relationships still mattered more than knowledge or talent. In that respect he’s an endling - a last of kind species with limited future options for suitable corporate habitat as business increasingly demands accountability and results, not just hot air.

He was able to cultivate a small group of devoted apostles mostly among those he personally imported into the organization. Wonder what will become of them now that the leader is in exile. Will they follow?

Dude - you are a massive loser. He got a great opportunity and will probably be worth 8 Figures if his new company hits.

Thrilled he’s gone. Hope he’s replaced with someone less slimy but I won’t hold my breath. The bad pennies have a tendency to circulate around from company to company in this industry. Will probably end up with another Boston cast off since that seems to be the trend these days with Walters at the helm. The problem with the cast offs is that they can’t see past their own prior experience. They continuously try to “remake” Bio in the image of their former employers somehow not understanding how irrational that really is. Bio has no hope at this stage in the lifecycle of the CRM industry to ever be like a Boston. The sooner these idiots realize Bio must play a different game, the better off we’ll all be.

You guys trying to take shots at PN are a joke.
Like he wouldn’t know where Spees went given his friendships with the leadership guys at Impulse, or referencing Acutus .
Clearly one or two people trying to slander him like he gives a rip.

also interesting when the majority of replies make positive remarks, and you discredit them by stating they are an attempt to “goad him”

Know him well, know the IFP team well.

they respect RW,the team and the company and are above your feeble attempt to discredit them, or cause disharmony where none exists.

get a life, get over your personal issues,& if you still have issue, take it up personally with him.
If he’d take your call.

You are the personification of drama and weakness.keyboard warrior.
